Describes a mid 20th-century visual style developed by students and instructors at Bacone College in Muscogee, Oklahoma. This style may appear in painting, prints, and drawings and often features flat, two-dimensional subjects with bold, colorful outlines. Considered a successor to the Kiowa style of painting practiced by the Kiowa Six artists.
